Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Tulsa will be the next hotel development to capitalize on the high demand to serve local business and entertainment customers at the crossroads of the Deco District, the BOK Center District, and the Brady Arts District. It will also be the closest hotel to the BOK Center – less than one block away – which ranked 29th in ticket sales in the United States and 60th worldwide in 2014.

The new Hampton Inn & Suites will be a nine-story, 125-room midscale select service hotel with a signature offering that includes a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the Clean and Fresh Hampton Bed®, complementary hot breakfast, and free high-speed Internet access along with an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, and board room.

Total development costs are $16.788 million and the hotel will create 148.41 new direct, indirect, and induced jobs. The developers seek a total of $6.0 million from 12 EB-5 investors.

The developers, Promise Hotels and Ross Group, have previously developed 17 hotel projects and completed more than $1.0 billion in construction projects.


Holiday Inn Express - Downtown Tulsa:

The five-story, 108-room hotel will be positioned at the intersection of Detroit and Elgin in the Brady Arts District of downtown Tulsa. The property is located across from ONEOK Field and within walking distance of Guthrie Green, Philbrook Museum, OSU-Tulsa, and a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions in vibrant downtown.

Hotel amenities will include a indoor pool, fitness room, guest laundry, business center, and meeting rooms.


Tiffany Apartments - Oklahoma City: 

Our first sponsored EB-5 project – the H2O Apartments located in Oklahoma City is now fully funded!  The project, approximately seven miles from downtown Oklahoma City, is a historic renovation of an existing 12-story residential building. Originally constructed in 1966, the building is steel framed with reinforced poured-in-place concrete consisting of approximately 103,900 square feet of leasable space. Once completed, the renovated high-rise tower will feature 152 boutique luxury apartment units, featuring glass enclosed balconies, a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit/entertainment area, sprinkler system throughout, controlled access entry, fitness center, tanning beds, tenant lounge/TV area, covered parking and a Bistro/Coffee Bar.
